How do we check in?
During lifeguard hours, members can check-in with the lifeguards outside the pool gates. During all other hours, pool use is restricted to members. Members can check in with the Pro Shop upon arrival.
Who classifies as a guest and what are the fees?
Members are considered to be the homeowner, their spouse, children and/or grandchildren. All dependents must be 24 years old or younger to fall under the membership. All other family members and friends are to be considered guests. Guest fees will be $5 per person, per visit to be paid at the tennis pro shop. All guests must be accompanied by a member.
How do I enroll my Family/Dependents?
Currently, we have a resident log including all homeowners and spouses. To add dependents to the account, please visit the sales office or clubhouse to complete a dependent form. If this form is not filled out, your dependents will be considered a guest until the form is completed and entered into the system.
How can we pay for guests?
Guest fees can be paid with cash, credit card or member charge. All resident members who are not golf members that would like to have charging privileges must set this account up in advance with the clubhouse. Please see below for more details.
How to set up charge account?
Any resident who is not a member of the golf club and would like to have charging capabilities must fill out an automatic payment form.You will have the option of a credit card or a bank draft.This form must be kept current to continue charging privileges.To set this up, please see Megan in the clubhouse or she can be reached at 225-819-9200 or [email protected] to obtain an enrollment form.
If I was a swim/tennis member in the past, do I still have charging privileges?
No, everyone who is not a current Golf Member will have to set up a new charge account.You can do so by filling out an automatic payment form.No resident member will be allowed to charge without having this account set up in advance.
