Features

For cardio, the Fitness Center features 5 elliptical runners, 5 treadmills, 3 stationary bikes, and 1 stair stepper.  

Machines include a Hip Ab/Adductor, Ab/Back Extension, Lat Pulldown, Row, Overhead Press, Chest Press, Leg Extension, Seated Leg Curl, Leg Press, Dip/Chin Assist, Cable Pully Station, and a Smith Press machine.

The Center also has free weights, up to 70lbs available, along with an incline bench and seat.

Finally, we also have a yoga area with mats available and resistance bands for stretching and resistance exercises.
